Every piece is printed to order — made individually, just for you. We don't hold stock. Each item exists because you chose it.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Please take a moment to check sizing, colours, and design details before placing your order. We work hard to make sure what you see is what you get — though minor variations in print placement, garment colour, or screen calibration can occur.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because every item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference — including items that have been opened, worn, washed, or used.

We get it — choosing online takes trust. That's why we give you everything we can to choose with confidence.

SOMETHING'S NOT RIGHT?

If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, a manufacturing issue, or isn't what you ordered — we want to fix it.

Email us at support@benjiillustrated.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We'll respond promptly and work out the best solution — replacement, reprint, or refund.

YOUR RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we'll repair or replace it. These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.

SHIPPING

Please double-check your address before placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed collection, or delivery refusal, we'll be in touch — additional shipping costs may apply to resend.
