Every order is printed to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful — in Australia when the colour you picked is stocked there, otherwise from whichever of their facilities has it — then shipped directly to you. No warehouse. No dead stock.
When you place an order it goes straight to print — your piece is made, quality-checked, and packed before it leaves the print facility. That process takes around 2–5 business days, then it's in the hands of the carrier.
Total time from order to your door is typically 5–10 business days within Australia.
- Standard 3–8 business days after fulfilment
- Remote areas Add 2–5 days for regional WA, NT, and far north QLD
- Standard 5–10 business days after fulfilment
We ship worldwide. Printful routes each order to whichever of their facilities holds the colour and size you ordered — that's automatic, we don't get to pick it — so international orders print overseas as a matter of course.

International shipments may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order leaves the print facility. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking first — then get in touch and we'll look into it.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers have their days. Peak periods (November–December especially) can add time at both ends. If something's genuinely lost or stuck, we'll sort it.
